I believe...
Children are unique in their own way & have different ways of learning. One of my roles as an practicing Early Childhood Educator, is to complete age-appropriate learning experiences that meet the needs of various learning styles/domains of development.

How I create my learning experiences...
Activities are created based off children's interests. Objectives are created by using the Kindergarten Program Document as an guidleine on what childre in this age group should be able to accomplish. In addition, "How Does Learning Happen", as well as the ELECT document are incorporated into my program plans.
Along the way of creating my activities and implementing them with the children - I am also able to incoporate the techniques of modifications by Holland Bloorview;
